These 40 x 48 Plastic Pallet Containers achieve greater material handling efficiency, convenience and cost savings. Made of tough, durable high-density polyethylene (HDPE) for long-life performance under the harshest conditions they provide excellent product protection. Seven heights are available for greater application versatility and drop doors have an articulating hinge that allows the open door to lay flat against the side of the container for tighter, safer storage.

The 4548 Plastic Pallet Container size is used extensively by the automotive industry, as it meets the specifications of the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). Reach through latches are now available as an option for the 34" high model (48" sides only). This allows the operator to collapse the containers from one side, eliminating the need to walk around the container to collapse it completely.

Our Extended Length containers are great for protecting and transporting lengthy, hard to fit parts. For added strength and rigidity all Extended Length containers have a one-piece base with four molded-in aluminum bars and hold up to 2,000 pounds. Drop doors on the 64" side (34" and 50" models only) are now available.

The 70" Extended Length container can fit almost any part or component and replaces other forms of transport packaging such as metal racking that often gets dented and is much more expensive. The 48" wide containers are offered in five heights, equipped with 4-way forklift entry, and have an array of sidewall configurations (except the 19" model). Additionally, all containers can be stacked, without racking, upright or collapsed.
