Over
the past four years, RPM has devoted itself to
developing and manufacturing material-handling
products with special emphasis on affordable plastic
pallets of uncompromising quality. The essence
of RPMs technology is in its processing
systems, which enable the use of recycled plastic
resins that enhance strength and reduce costs.
Buying recycled products makes sense for your
business and the environment.
RPM
has developed new products that were borne out
of the needs of its customers. In addition to
standard size pallets, such as the universal 40X48,
the Company offers custom size pallets of virtually
any size and configuration for specific material-handling
needs. Another RPM first, is a true non-slip deck
surface available on custom pallets when specified.
RPM
manufactures its plastic pallets by injection
molding and compression molding. Some of RPMs
custom pallets are made from extrusion-molded
plastic parts that resemble wood but thats
where the similarity ends, as the plastic components
are stronger, last significantly longer and reflect
a substantial reduction in cost-per-trip.
Whether
your current pallet needs are for rackable, nestable
or special applications, we can help solve your
material-handling problems with sound solutions
that meet or exceed your requirements. RPM takes
pride in the fact that it serves many of the nations
top companies firms in a wide cross-section
of US industries that demand quality and very
competitive pricing.
In
2001, RPM became a publicly trading company with
its RPMM listing on NASDAQ. The Company believed
that this public forum would aid the Company in
its goals for expansion. RPM manufacturers and
warehouses its products in the Midwest and has
distributors located in key markets across the
US.

ANNOUNCES NEW 48"x48" "GRIPPER"
PALLET
RPM
introduced the “Gripper”, a 48”
X 48” Plastic Pallet, which has been released
today and orders are already piling in. This
new pallet, that is priced below other 48”
X 48” pallets, was an instant success. It
combines true, non-skid surfaces on the tops and
bottoms and is ready for 55-gallon and 35-gallon
loads.
Small
holes that house rubber grommets are the stabilizing
forces that hold the pallet’s load in place.
This new topography has the advantage of placing
as many grommets as is necessary to hold all kinds
of loads.

ROOFING TILE PROJECT
Alert
to other applications for the same resins processed
and used in our plastic pallets, we explored the
possibility of using other polymers in roofing
tile. Remember, those funny looking barrel, shake
and slate? Well, soon with our help they’ll
be in plastic and that’s for sure. And if
you’re not on top of them, you won’t
be able to tell the difference either.
RPM
Roofing Products will offer something not found
in other roofing products, such as extreme fire
and flame resistance, superior impact resistance,
absolute water resistance, heat deflection, uncommon
durability, light weight and aesthetic beauty.
After
our testing, we will proceed with two styles.
First, will be Spanish tile and slate. After that,
we will have shake and flat tile. If you’re
looking for an inexpensive barrel tile, why not
wait till we can oblige.
